General (applies to all treatments)

Smoking is not allowed in the studio.

We treat everyone with respect and expect the same in return.

In the event of theft, the police are always called in.

Visit & guidance (applies to all treatments)

A maximum of one person may accompany you to your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

During the treatment, company must remain in the waiting area so that we can work quietly and with concentration.

Children are not allowed in the studio.

Pets are not allowed in the studio.

Appointments & deposits (applies to tattoos, permanent makeup, and laser treatment)

A deposit is required for every appointment. This is final and non-refundable.

You can reschedule your appointment once up to 72 hours in advance. After that, the deposit is forfeited.

The deposit will be deducted from the total price. You pay the remaining amount during your appointment.

Tattoos & PMU

Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or strong blood-thinning medication 24 hours before your appointment (consult your doctor if necessary).

We work in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the GGD.

We do not treat persons under the age of 18.

You will always be asked for valid identification.

It is not permitted to copy or use designs by Studio AIMÉ without permission.

Touch-ups (tattoos)

Touch-ups are not always necessary. In doubt? Send a clear photo at least 4 weeks after the procedure.

A one-time update is free within 6 to 8 weeks.

Updates are charged when:

the skin is damaged after the application

* the aftercare has not been followed up properly

Updating at the following locations is not free:

* fingers

* hands

* feet

* for

(behind) the ear

Nails

Nail treatments are available from age 16.

We work with care and quality, therefore we ask you to arrive on time and come to your appointment with clean, nail polish-free nails. I do not remove nails that were not applied by me.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and I will be obliged to charge 50% of your treatment.

Cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise I will be forced to charge 50% of your treatment. If you do not pay this, you forfeit the right to make a new appointment. If you are late 3 times, you forfeit the right to make a new appointment.

There is a 1-week warranty on your nail. (Please let us know within this week if anything is wrong.) Individual nail repair per nail outside of your appointment is €2.50.
